Order Processing & Delivery Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays.
• In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, an unboxing video is required to process your claim. Please email it to us at info@oacpens.com within 72 hours of delivery.
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 3 hours for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds or free reshipping.
