CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At OAC Pens, each piece is handcrafted with precision and care. Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following terms.

Order Cancellation:

• Standard product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production or shipping has not begun.
• Customized, engraved, bespoke, or commissioned products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refunds & Returns:

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The item arrived damaged
• A manufacturing defect is identified

Return requests must be made with supporting photographs and order details.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Personalized or engraved products
• Bespoke/custom-made pieces
• Used or damaged items after delivery

Return Shipping:

Unless the issue was caused by OAC Pens, return shipping and related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
