By the time he formed his small company, Sign Write, in 1987, Sudarshan was already a master craftsman.

In the early 1990s, Sudarshan's pens caught the attention of major brands like Pierre Cardin, who recognized the exceptional quality and craftsmanship. This partnership not only validated Sudarshan's expertise but also fueled his ambition to create something truly unique.

In 1995, Sudarshan launched Orchid Art & Craft, a brand that would showcase his most exquisite creations. This new venture allowed him to push the boundaries of innovation, experimenting with rare materials, intricate designs, and ancient techniques like Meenakari.

• Mrs. Kalpana Motwani: Sudarshan's wife, who built the backbone of our 828 business, supplying pens to pharmaceutical companies as promotional gifts to doctors. Her mentorship has empowered Mr. Sunil to excel in managing 828 operations.
• Mr. Raja: Oversees procurement and production with meticulous attention to detail.
• Mr. Kishore: Brings technical expertise to the artistic side.
• Mr. Bhaskar & Mr. Aklak: Handle tooling and mold development with precision.
• Mr. Ramudgar: Our electroplating expert.
• Mr. SP Yadav: Manages complete coordination and banking, ensuring seamless operations.
• Mr. Gope Chawla: Expertly manages our finances.
• Mr. Roshan: Supervises production, assisted by Mr. Subhash, who ensures quality control.
• Ms. Harshali: Transforms ideas into creative designs and color themes that get engraved on pens.
