OAC was born from a 40-year journey by Sudarshan Motwani.
Growing up in his family’s workshop, Sudarshan learned that true luxury isn’t loud. It’s precise. It’s patient. It’s made by hand.

In 1987, he started Sign Write. For years, we manufactured for some of the world’s biggest pen brands. We learned their standards. Then we decided to build our own.

OAC is that dream.

Crafted, Not Just Made

Every OAC pen begins with one question: How does it write?
Smooth. Balanced. Effortless. That’s the standard.
Each nib is individually tuned by Sudarshan before it ever reaches you.

Only then do we add the art.
Our pens bring together hand engraving from Moradabad and Meenakari enamel from Rajasthan — techniques once reserved for royalty.
Brass is shaped. Colors are hand-painted. Then kiln-fired to a glass-like finish that lasts generations.

Made Entirely in India

Our home is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Here, every single step happens under one roof.
From machining and casting, to polishing, plating, and hand-finishing.
Even our steel nibs are made by us — punched, formed, point welded, slitted, and polished three times for perfect performance.

This means we can create beautiful regular editions and wild, limited editions with the same care.
