BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom-made, engraved, or bespoke products created specifically for a client may require additional production timelines and approvals.

Once a bespoke or personalized order enters production, cancellations or refunds may not be possible unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details prior to production.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

are the exclusive property of OAC Pens unless otherwise stated and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
